Performance-based cold email. You only pay per qualified call booked for your business.
I build and run your cold email system: the sending domains, the inboxes, the lead lists and the campaigns. When a prospect is interested, I book them onto your calendar. All you do is take the calls.

Watch the video, then book a call. We'll go through what this would look like for your business, what I'd charge you per call and what I think is realistic for you.
There are two parts to the price, and nothing else.
The tech fee, $600 a month
This pays for the system that sends your emails: the sending domains, the inboxes, the lead data, email verification and the sending software. That's up to 1,000 cold emails a day. You'd pay for all of this yourself if you ran cold email in-house. I don't charge for my time on top. I get paid when I book you calls.
Per qualified call booked, [PER-CALL PRICE]
You pay a set fee for each qualified call I book onto your calendar. The rate depends on your industry and what a new customer is worth to you; across the market it usually falls somewhere between $200 and $800 a call. I'll give you your exact figure on our first call. Calls are billed weekly.
Setup, $0
There's no setup fee. I build everything before your first campaign at no charge.
What counts as a qualified call
You define "qualified". At onboarding you tell me, in writing, who your ideal prospect is, what rules someone out, and any minimum size, budget or timeline.
You sign off every list. Nobody gets an email until you've approved the list they're on.
A call counts when a prospect from an approved list books a call on your calendar. [NO-SHOW / CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULE RULE]
You see every call before you pay. Each week I send you the list of calls booked. You have 24 hours to flag any that don't meet your definition. Only then is your card charged.
What I need from you
A B2B company already making revenue with an offer people are buying.
Someone on your side who takes the calls and follows up quickly.
List and email-angle approvals, usually a few minutes each.
Quick feedback after each call, so I can keep tightening who I target.
A card on file for the tech fee and the weekly call invoices.
[MINIMUM TERM]
Why the risk sits with me
If I don't book calls, I don't get paid for my work. In the worst month, all you've paid for is the system that sends your emails. I can't promise how many calls you'll get or how many you'll close, because every business is different. What I can promise is that you only pay for calls that actually get booked.
How it works
I do the setup, the sending and the reply handling. You approve the important bits and take the calls.
Step 01
Book a call
We talk about your business, who you sell to and what a new customer is worth. I tell you what I'd charge per call and whether I think I can get you results. If I don't think I can, I'll say so.
Step 02
Onboarding
You fill in a short form (about 15 minutes) and we have one onboarding call. This is where you define a qualified prospect in your own words.
Step 03
I build your system
I set up separate sending domains so your main domain is never touched, two inboxes on each one, and lead lists built to your ideal customer and verified. I write the emails. You approve the list and the angles, and nothing goes out until you say yes.
Step 04
Campaigns go live
Your emails start going out to decision-makers. I handle the replies and book interested prospects straight onto your calendar. You get an alert each time a call is booked.
Step 05
You take the calls
Every week you get the list of calls booked and a short report on what's working and what I'm changing. You pay for the calls, and I keep improving who we target.
Is this a fit?
This is for you if
You're a B2B company with an established, revenue-generating business.
People already buy what you sell. You need more conversations, not a new offer.
Each new customer is worth a meaningful amount to you, ideally $15,000 or more over the relationship.
You (or someone on your team) can take sales calls and follow up quickly.
You'd rather pay for booked calls than for activity.
This isn't for you if
You sell to consumers (B2C).
You don't have product-market fit yet, or you're still working out what to sell.
You sell low-ticket products where one customer is worth little.
You're after a one-off setup to run yourself rather than a done-for-you service.
You don't want to pay a monthly fee for the sending system.
FAQ
The $600 a month covers the sending system: domains, inboxes, lead data, verification and the sending software. You'd pay those costs to run cold email yourself. My work, which is the setup, writing, sending and reply handling, is only paid for when I book you calls.
You decide. At onboarding you tell me in writing who's qualified and who isn't, and you approve every prospect list before anything is sent. Each week you see the list of booked calls and have 24 hours to flag any that don't fit before you're charged. [ADD NO-SHOW RULE]
I can't promise a number. Every business is different, and results depend a lot on your offer and your market. That's why you pay per call booked instead of a flat retainer. If I don't book calls, I don't get paid for my work.
No emails go from your main domain. I use separate domains set up just for outreach, each with its own inboxes, and warm them up before they send. If a sending domain has problems, it's replaced and your main domain stays untouched.
Cold lists don't go into your CRM. Only people who reply and show interest do. Positive replies and booked calls can be passed into your CRM, or sent to a shared channel if you'd rather keep it simple.
That's fine. We can look at it together on the call and decide whether to use it alongside new lists.
Yes, when it's done properly. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe and a business address, and I only contact business decision-makers about something relevant to their role.
Me. Tether Copy is a one-person business, so the person on the first call is the person running your campaigns.
